Physical Training:)

Woots!! Got pt on friday.. Run level 1, thn level2, 3 and 4.. Take a sip of water thn run down again..
That's considered as one set:)
Need do 2 sets:D:D
I thought i will hate it but it's like freaking cool..XD
Very tired though..
Almost faintedXD I left one round to complete the whole thing!! When i'm running the second set, i came down to level 1 and almost fainted.. Got a scare too!!XD
Cos got gastricXD
Snr bought a bread for me:D Thnaks snr debbie and snr joceyln:D:D
But i still do pumpings:)
The run is quite ccool.. i totally agree wif claire lor!!
It felt so healthy!!:D:D
Hate the faint part..
Tmr got dance!!:):)
